Do you need T3 therapy?
If you have brain fog, depression or lack of focus, it could be really beneficial.
People who are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism are conventionally suggested one treatment option – prescription Synthroid aka T4/Thyroxine. If their hypothyroid symptoms do not improve or resolve there is generally nothing more to do, especially if their blood thyroid levels appear normal despite no significant change in symptoms. What’s more, even if at first their condition does improve many times symptoms return later and increasing thyroid dosages don’t continue to help. Most people who take Synthroid (Levothyroxine) will be good to go. They will return to better energy levels, weight loss and warmer temperatures. What about those who don’t?

Pregnancy, labour and delivery can take a lot of energy and nutrients out of you. Even in an uncomplicated delivery, your body undergoes significant changes as your uterus shrinks down to its pre-pregnancy size, the internal wound left by the placenta heals, your connective tissues adapt, your breasts begin producing milk (whether or not you choose to breastfeed), your skin regains elasticity, your hormones adjust, and so much more.
Group Beta Strep (GBS)
The most talked about infection of pregnancy. Can it be prevented?
GBS is a bug that a lot of people have all over including the vagina and rectum. It might stick around a while, it might not! IF GBS sticks around for your labour and delivery, then it can cause your newborn to get sick.

PAP Smears do not have to be painful awkward chores that you need to do every 2-3 years. At Mint, we believe they can be comfortable and educational experiences where you can learn more about your body while screening for cervical cancer and its risk factors. You should feel empowered and supported in understanding why you are having this screening done. We don’t just want you to feel like a postcard reminder.
