Depression & Low Mood Support
Providing long-term mental, emotional, and physical support for depression and low mood so you can reconnect with yourself and reclaim your life.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I aim to make my patients feel supported and empowered to improve their health no matter what step they are at. I am trauma-informed and evidence-based, using both my medical education and the principles of naturopathic medicine like treating the root cause of illness, removing obstacles or barriers to your healing to offer holistic healing and aligning the mind and the body together. My goal as a doctor is to create a space that is collaborative, educational, empathetic, and judgment-free.
I am most passionate about seeing and helping patients who are struggling with:
–PCOS and other hormonal conditions
–ADHD and associated conditions
-Mental health conditions
-Nutritional deficiencies
-Insomnia and sleep problems
-Burnout and overwhelm
As someone who is neurodiverse (I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood), I understand how difficult it can be to function in a world that wasn’t built for brains that work differently. Working with neurodiversity, mental health, and trauma, I feel it’s important to meet you where you are at to create healthy changes that feel not only doable for you now but also sustainable in the long term. I use elements of both Western medicine (pharmaceuticals, lab testing, and IV therapy) and herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, and counselling to provide personalized care that suits you and your unique needs.
Another area of passion for me is health care for LGBTQIA2S+ and gender-diverse communities. I strongly believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and comfortable to discuss all aspects of their health in a judgment-free space. I will always support human rights and work to be as inclusive as possible for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, sex workers, disabled people, and other oppressed minorities as well as continue to learn and confront my own biases.

Providing long-term mental, emotional, and physical support for depression and low mood so you can reconnect with yourself and reclaim your life.
If you dread the week or two before your period because of severe mood shifts, irritability, anxiety, or physical symptoms, you are not alone—and you’re not “just being dramatic.” Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a real, diagnosable hormonal‑mood disorder that affects roughly 3–8% of people who menstruate. At Mint Integrative Health in Vancouver, our team supports women with evidence‑based, root‑cause care for PMDD so you can feel stable and in control throughout your cycle.
Could your symptoms be early signs of perimenopause?
For decades, women experiencing perimenopausal symptoms were often brushed off with the dismissive line, “This is just what happens when you get older.” We now know better. Research and clinical experience confirm what women have long been saying: “My hormones have changed and it’s throwing me for a loop.” Hormonal shifts during perimenopause can significantly affect physical, mental, and emotional health.
