Description

Helps maintain normal physiology in women.
Relief of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) characterised by breast tenderness, abdominal bloating, swelling of fingers or ankles, mild anxiety and mild irritability.
Relief of menstrual pain in conjunction with PMS.
Relief of the symptoms caused by irregularities of the menstrual cycle.

Chaste contains flavonoids (especially methoxylated flavones), iridoid glycosides (such as aucubin), diterpenes, sesquiterpenes, essential oils and other compounds.

Ingredients: Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) fruit: 500 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Calcium phosphate dibasic, Cellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Silica Sodium starch glycolate.

Dosage: Adults and children (over 12 years): 1 to 4 tablets daily.
