Stress, Fatigue & Sleep Support

A Naturopathic & Integrative Approach

If you’ve been feeling constantly tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like yourself, it can start to affect everything. Work, relationships, sleep, even how you feel in your own body.

At Mint Integrative Health, we take a step back and look at the full picture. Mental health symptoms like stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and burnout are rarely isolated. They are usually connected to what is happening in your nervous system, hormones, and overall physiology.

Our team combines naturopathic medicine with acupuncture, registered massage therapy, chiropractic care, and IV therapy. Everything is available in one place so your care feels connected, not fragmented.

When Stress Stops Feeling Manageable

Most people don’t come in saying “I have burnout.” It usually shows up in quieter ways.

You might feel tired no matter how much you rest, or wired at night but exhausted during the day. Some people notice more anxiety, irritability, or brain fog. Others feel physically tense all the time, especially through the neck, shoulders, or jaw.

Over time, this can point to a nervous system that has been stuck in a constant state of stress. The body adapts to keep up, but eventually it starts to push back.

This is where we start. Not by masking symptoms, but by understanding what your system has been dealing with.

These symptoms are often connected and may be linked to:

  • Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
  • Burnout and adrenal dysfunction
  • Hormonal imbalances (including perimenopause)
  • Nutrient deficiencies (iron, B12, magnesium)
  • Sleep disruption and circadian rhythm issues

How We Approach Mental Health and Burnout

Care at Mint is collaborative and tailored to you. Most patients begin with a naturopathic visit, where we look at patterns in energy, mood, sleep, and overall health. From there, we build a plan that may include a mix of therapies depending on what will move things forward.

Naturopathic medicine focuses on identifying underlying contributors such as hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, or dysregulated stress hormones. From there, we use targeted nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to support recovery.

Acupuncture is often used to help settle the nervous system and improve sleep and mood. Many patients find it helps them shift out of that constant “on edge” feeling.

RMT and chiropractic care help address the physical side of stress. When your body has been holding tension for a long time, releasing that can make a noticeable difference in how you feel day to day.

IV therapy can be added when energy is low or when nutrient support is needed more quickly. This is especially helpful when fatigue has been ongoing or tied to deficiencies.

This multi-modality approach allows us to support both the mental and physical drivers of burnout and fatigue.

Fatigue, Stress & Sleep Support

Low energy, high stress, and poor sleep are often connected. You might feel tired but wired, struggle to focus, or notice constant tension in your body. Instead of treating each symptom separately, we look at how your nervous system, hormones, and overall health are working together to understand what is actually driving how you feel.

Fatigue and Low Energy

Fatigue is one of the most common concerns we see, and it is rarely just about needing more sleep.

Sometimes it is linked to low iron levels, even when blood work falls within a “normal” range. Other times it is tied to thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, or chronic stress patterns that affect how your body produces and uses energy.

We take the time to look at these patterns properly. That might include reviewing blood work in detail or recommending additional testing. The goal is to understand why your energy is low, not just push through it.

Anxiety, Stress, and the Nervous System

Anxiety can feel unpredictable, but there is usually a physiological component driving it.

When the nervous system is overstimulated, even small stressors can feel like too much. This can show up as racing thoughts, a sense of urgency, shallow breathing, or physical tension that does not fully go away.

Treatment focuses on helping your system regulate again. That can include supporting stress hormones, stabilizing blood sugar, and using therapies like acupuncture and massage to shift your body out of that constant stress response.

Patients often notice improvements in calmness and resilience, focus and clarity and physical tension (neck, jaw, shoulders)

Sleep and Recovery

Sleep is often one of the first things to be affected and one of the hardest to fix without support.

Some people have trouble falling asleep. Others wake up through the night or feel like they never get into a deep, restful state. It is also common to wake early with a sense of anxiety or a racing mind.

We look at sleep from multiple angles. That includes your daily rhythm, stress hormone patterns, and any underlying contributors like nutrient imbalances. Treatments may include targeted supplementation, acupuncture, and simple changes that help your body settle into a more consistent sleep pattern.

When sleep improves, everything else tends to follow.

Book a Initial Naturopathic Appointment

One of the biggest advantages of working with Mint is that everything is connected. You are not being sent in different directions or trying to piece together your own plan.

Our team works together, and your care can evolve as you do. Some patients start with naturopathic medicine and add acupuncture or RMT. Others begin with physical treatments and then look deeper into underlying causes. The focus is always the same. Help you feel more like yourself again, with a plan that makes sense for your life.

Other Common Concerns We See

Alongside fatigue, stress, and anxiety, there are often other symptoms that tie into the same underlying patterns.

  • Perimenopause-related mood and sleep changes
  • PMS and hormonal mood swings
  • Digestive issues (IBS, bloating, food sensitivities)
  • Chronic pain and tension
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Post-viral fatigue

It can be. IV therapy is often used to support energy and replenish nutrients, especially when levels are low or symptoms have been persistent.
