Neurodivergence Redefined
A holistic, evidence-based program for Autism, ADHD, and neurodivergent minds
Too often, patients with Autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence are offered a narrow path: stimulant medications that may not fully address their symptoms, with little attention paid to the whole person. We know that a prescription alone is rarely the answer.
At Mint Integrative Health, we are building something different. Our Neurodivergence Program exists to fill the gap between a diagnosis and truly thriving in everyday life.
The anxiety that rides alongside inattention, the sleep disruption that fuels irritability, the appetite dysregulation that compounds brain fog, the sensory overwhelm that drains your capacity for the world. These are not isolated symptoms. They are a connected system, and they deserve connected care.
At Mint, we treat the full picture.
Is This Right for You?
This program may be a good fit if:
- You have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or another form of neurodivergence and feel your current care plan isn’t enough
- You’ve been prescribed stimulants but still struggle with anxiety, sleep, appetite, or emotional regulation
- You suspect you may be neurodivergent but haven’t been formally assessed
- You want to explore natural and pharmaceutical options beyond what you’ve been offered
- You’re looking for a collaborative, judgment-free clinical team that truly understands neurodivergent challenges
- You want help optimizing your focus, mood, energy, and daily functioning
ADHD Assessments & Support
This program isn’t just for patients. We are building a resource hub for healthcare providers across the Lower Mainland and beyond — GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and allied health professionals — who want to better support their neurodivergent patients.
- Cross-refer with confidence. Our team provides integrative support that complements conventional care.
- Access our referral network. The same community resources we offer patients are available to you and your clients.
- Collaborate on complex cases. We welcome co-management conversations for patients who need multi-disciplinary support.
- Stay informed. As we grow, we plan to share clinical resources, evidence summaries, and practice tools relevant to neurodivergent care.
Refer to our resources page for updated ADHD support referrals.
This referral network is continuously expanding. Additional resources for autism assessment, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, neurofeedback, and other specialized support services are in development.
