I am a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturist committed to providing trauma-informed, compassionate care. My journey into TCM began with a strong interest in mental health and nervous system regulation, and I have pursued extensive additional training to better support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the effects of chronic stress.
I approach health through an integrated lens, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My goal is to work collaboratively with each person to restore balance in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful, ultimately improving overall quality of life.
While I support people with a broad range of concerns — including digestive health, pain management, and whole-body preventative care — my work is especially rooted in the following areas:
- Mental Health & Nervous System Regulation: Supporting anxiety, depression, panic disorders, PTSD, insomnia, disrupted sleep cycles, and chronic fatigue
- Hormone Health & Gender-Affirming Care: HRT support, menstrual regulation, menopause, and care during gender-affirming transitions
- Gynecology & Reproductive Health: Fertility and IVF support, PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual irregularities
- Pregnancy & Prenatal Care: Care for nausea, musculoskeletal discomfort, breech presentation, cervical ripening, and preparation for labor
I am deeply committed to working with LGBTQIA2S+ and gender-diverse communities and strive to provide care that affirms and respects each person’s identity and lived experience. Creating a space where patients feel genuinely safe and heard is central to my practice.
