Every body, every woman I work with is unique. And it is my job as a personal trainer to tailor and individualize the fitness experience for each of my clients.
PRP, also known platelet-rich plasma therapy, the vampire facial, the blood facial or prp hair restoration is a treatment that uses your own blood to recharge your skin and hair. Your blood is drawn by standard blood draw, then put into a centrifuge where it is spun to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. The plasma, rich in growth factors that stimulate natural tissue healing, is then applied after a microneedling session or injected across the scalp at the level of the hair follicles. Historically, PRP has been used in orthopedic medicine, dentistry and reconstructive surgery to help speed up wound healing and recovery. Now, it’s one of the most popular treatments in aesthetic medicine to help damaged, aging skin grow new collagen and elastin for beautiful, youthful skin texture. PRP is one of the most sought after treatment options for hair loss and alopecia as it increases hair count, hair thickness, and the growth phase of the hair cycle.

They tend to hide on us when we’re low on fluids! So give yourself and your doctor a helping hand by drinking a few glasses of water before your appointment.
Medical facials are very popular aesthetic treatments. They’re typically less invasive than laser, fractional resurfacing treatments and surgery, and offer minimal downtime. The lower price tag and effectiveness of these procedures has made them hugely popular, but how do you choose which one to go for? Many of these facials sounds similar; even their names are almost identical, which can make selection quite confusing for clients.
