As an evidence-based Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Vancouver, Canada since 2011, women’s health has been a foundational focus of my work. I’m deeply invested in helping women navigate the complexities of hormone fluctuations and their impact on well-being. Whether it’s PMS, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, or chronic UTIs, I draw from both research and my own experiences. As someone in perimenopause, I bring both expertise and empathy to support women through this life stage. I’ve completed extensive training in menopause hormone therapy (MHT), also widely known as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and can guide you on the when, what, and how of personalized hormone treatment.
Digestive health is another area I’m passionate about, stemming from my own experience with IBS for many years. I understand your pain — literally and I’m here to explore a wide range of options that can address your concerns in both the short and long term.
I also take an integrative approach to mental health, especially after seeing how the pandemic has impacted us all. Anxiety and depression affect so many, and I understand these struggles firsthand. Using the tools of evidence-based naturopathic medicine, I help patients build resilience and find effective strategies to improve their mental well-being.
In cases where symptoms are complex or persistent, I may suggest that we include genetic analysis in treatment plans, as it can provide valuable insights when standard treatments don’t lead to expected results. This approach can guide us in understanding your unique health challenges and identifying the most effective options for you. If you’re interested in genetic analysis, please book an initial visit, or, if you’re a healthcare provider looking to refer a patient, please contact the clinic.
A special area of my practice is in naturopathic dermatology and medical skincare. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of each ingredient’s function, allowing me to recommend the best skincare products and evidence-based treatments for specific skin conditions, as well as for anti-aging. I also offer neuromodulator treatments, such as Botox and Dysport, as part of a holistic approach to skin health.
Throughout my career, I’ve made it a priority to stay up-to-date with advancements in medicine to ensure my patients receive the best support possible. My perspective is rooted in a commitment to empower each individual I work with, offering personalized treatment and care.
My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and hopeful. I’ll explain why we’re making certain changes — whether it’s diet adjustments, supplements, medications, or lab tests—so you know exactly why each choice is part of your plan. Your health journey evolves, and I’m here to work with you, adapting to your changing goals and needs.
If you’d like to explore working together, I’d be happy to start with a complimentary 15-minute meet-and-greet to discuss how I can support you.
