I am an evidence based naturopathic doctor in Vancouver, Canada practicing since 2011. Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated much of my non-clinical time staying up to date with advancements in medicine, all in pursuit of providing optimal support to my patients.

My practice also incorporates neuromodulator treatments like Botox and Dysport.
Histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome play a big part in my practice. As a person with histamine intolerance, I have experience from my own life as well as treating thousands of patients over the years with these conditions. Due to the often complex nature of the conditions I treat, I sometimes add genetic analysis to patients’ treatment plans because it is often extremely valuable for better outcomes. Genetics is a vast area of medicine, still in its early stages, but the specific guidance it can give a patient in terms of explaining your health concerns offers unique tools to make big shifts with your symptoms.
I want my patients to feel heard, understood and leave feeling hopeful. My intention is to educate as to the cause of your symptoms, and then to explain why we’re changing your diet, or taking a supplement/herb or medication. Or why I’m recommending lab testing to get further information. Things change over time. Your health, your goals, what you’re willing to do, what you’re able to do. I’m here to listen to these wants/needs, explain what your treatment options are, and help you come up with a plan that you’re realistically going to be able to follow.
