Dr. Overton believes that cultivating healthy, glowing skin starts from the inside out. What we eat, how we manage stress, how well our digestive system functions, how our hormones fluctuate all have an effect on the health of our skin. She entrusts an evidence-based approach, providing cosmetic medicine with an emphasis on prevention and natural therapies. Dr. Overton loves that the naturopathic scope of practice is so exceptionally comprehensive, with such an array of tools to choose from, her patients can expect to receive the most effective and appropriate treatments to help them look and feel their best.
“A good skin care routine is one that promotes healthy, natural skin aging, treats signs of unhealthy or premature skin aging and restores the integrity of the skin matrix.”
Dr. Overton received her undergraduate degree (BA) from the University of Victoria, majoring in counselling and health psychology.
