How soon will I see results?
Lip fillers provide an immediate result, with optimal results appearing 3-4 days after treatment. We recommend waiting the full 2 weeks before booking a touch up, if needed. Results and patient experience may vary.
How long will my results last?
This varies from patient-to-patient depending your facial anatomy and the type of treatment you receive. Often results are cumulative with continued treatment. You will be able to discuss this with your doctor during your consultation. Generally, lip fillers are long-lasting treatments, in most cases results last 6-12 months.
Do lip fillers come with any risks?
As with any injectable procedure, there are a few risks. Bruising and swelling may occur at or around the site of injection. You may also experience itching, redness and tenderness. In very rare cases, dermal fillers may cause serious allergic reaction, infection, vascular injury or autoimmune complications. A thorough health history and screening will determine if fillers are safe for you. It’s important that you adhere to your post-care instructions to ensure your safety and best results.

The amount of product or sessions needed varies from patient to patient depending on your facial anatomy, muscle strength etc and aesthetic requests. You will be able to discuss this with the doctor during your consultation. Typically several sessions spaced over a few weeks to months are required in order to achieve your aesthetic goals.
