  • Exercise Instruction: Customized exercise plans to support your recovery.

Our Alignment and Movement-based Approach to Wellness

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Series

Our clinic offers the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Series, a dedicated program involving 12-15 consecutive treatments. This method focuses on freeing the fascial network and re-educating the body to move efficiently and sustainably. Ideal for those with chronic pain, multiple ongoing issues, or long-held patterns of discomfort, this series aims to reset the body’s myofascial structure, promoting overall ease and vitality.

The Bradcliff Breathing Method

Breathing pattern disorders can significantly impact your quality of life. Robin Stamm’s expertise in the Bradcliff Breathing Method helps assess and retrain your breathing patterns, alleviating symptoms such as air hunger, disturbed sleep, anxiety, and more. By restoring proper breathing techniques, she helps you achieve a balanced state, enhancing both physical and mental well-being.

Movement Education for Artists

Robin offers specialized movement education and training for artists, actors, and musicians or anyone with an inner artist yet to be expressed. This includes tailored exercises and techniques to improve posture, prevent injuries, and enhance performance. Her goal is to help you move with greater efficiency and less pain, allowing you to excel in your craft.
