Therapeutic Approach:

Amrit operates from a philosophy of holistic health, using the Biopsychosocial Model to guide her practice. Most emotional suffering stems from three interrelated factors: biological components, such medical illnesses; psychological components, such as coping strategies and thinking patterns; and social components, such as relationships and environment. Amrit believes each individual is unique and complex and require a customized therapeutic approach that considers at the very least biological, psychological, and social/environmental factors.
